Kids learn God's Word at South Chatham every Sunday morning and on Thursday nights at Awana Club during the school year.

Kids start the morning in worship with their families. Right before the sermon, they're dismissed to Children's Church for a Bible lesson of their own.

A fun, Bible-centered club night for kids in preschool through 4th grade, with a free meal every week.
Club starts at 6:00 with dinner together. Every kid eats for free, every week.

Everyone gathers for the week's Bible message and learns what God's Word says.

Kids work on Scripture memory with their small group leader.

We finish with games before pickup at 7:30.

The name comes from 2 Timothy 2:15: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
Club runs Thursdays from October 1, 2026 through May 27, 2027.
If Monomoy Regional schools close for snow on a Thursday, there's no Awana that night. We'll post it on Facebook and Instagram.
Students in 5th through 12th grade meet at the same time for YFC Club, Thursdays 6:00–7:30 PM at the South Chatham Village Hall, 2567 Main St.
